Ingredients

4 medium tomatoed, diced

1 1/2 cups canned, diced tomatoes

1/2 cup diced red onions

3 tablespoons chopped scallions

1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper

1 tablespoon diced jalapeno pepper

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix breifly.
