Ingredients
18 golden oreos, ground in food processor
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 container (8 ounces) chilled mascarpone
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons Amaretto
4 cups assorted fruit
1 tablespoon raspberry jam melted and cooled
Preparation
Combine crumbs and melted butter in processor. Press moistened crumb mixture into bottom and sides of 9 inch tart pan with removable bottom. Chill for at least 15 minutes till set.
Beat heavy cream until you have stiff whipped cream. Beat mascarpone, sugar and armaretto till smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream and spread into pan. Chill for 1 hour. In a large bowl very gently toss the fruit with the melted jam until glazed and arrange on top of tart.
