Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup light corn syrup
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp salt
Preparation
Mix sugar, water, and corn syrup in a 2-quart sauce pot. On high heat, bring mixture to 315 degrees. Remove from heat and quickly whisk in four 1 tbsp pieces of butter then the cream and salt.
