Ingredients
10 yams
1 stick of butter
2 tables spoons of nutmeg
4 tables spoons of cinnamen
5 scoops of sugar
a little water
Preparation
peel all the yams and cut them into small circle pieces. place in pot. add you butter nutmrg cinnamen sugar and enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. cover then set on med. flame. its done when its tender. so cook it around 20 mins.
