Ingredients
Crust:
20 Oreos, crushed
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp milk
Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/8 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups milk
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla
3 oz chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup mini Reese’s Cups
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/3 cup chopped Milky Way Bar (approx 1 bar)
1/3 cup chopped brownies (mix or homemade)
Topping:
2 cups whipped cream
1/3 cup M&Ms
Preparation
Heat oven to 350.
Mix Oreos and butter. Press into bottom of pie plate. Bake 5 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, corn starch, and alt. Whisk in egg yolks until well combined. Place over medium heat; whisk constantly. When it boils, add butter 1 tbsp at a time, and vanilla. Add chocolate a little at a time and whisk until melted. When melted and smooth, remove from heat. Let cool 10-15 minutes, then fold in Reese’s and marshmallows.
Layer crust with Milky Way and brownies. Pour pudding on top. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 3 hours.
When ready to serve, spread whipped topping and top of pudding. Sprinkle with M&Ms.
Serve cold.
