Ingredients

1 Egg white

1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1 dash vanilla extract

4 cups whole pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Beat egg white until stiff. Stir in brown sugar until smooth. Mix in pecans and stir until coated. Pour nuts onto the prepared sheet. Bake until browned, about a half hour. Cool and store in a tin
