Ingredients
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cups pecan halves
2/3 cup light brown sugar
3 tsp ground cumin
1 2/3 tsp cayanne
1 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup cider vinegar
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pecans and saute for about 3 minutes.
Stir in brown sugar until lightly carmelized.
Add in the spices and vinegar and stir until all the liquid evaporates.
Lay out pecans on a baking sheet and bake for about 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle on sugar and salt and keep in a tupperware until ready to eat
