Ingredients

1 pound pecans

1 cup sugar

1 T Cinnamon

1 t salt

1 egg white

1 T water

Preparation

mix nuts with egg white and water. Then coat with sugar, cinnamon, salt mixture.

Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
