Ingredients
1/2c sugar
1/2c brown sugar
1/2t cinnamon
1t salt
1 large egg white whipped no peaks
1# Shelled pecans
Preparation
mix dry ingredients in a bowl whip whites put nuts in the egg whites and then dip into the sugar mixture, put onto sill pat and bake at 300 for 45 min. or till crisp and toasty. keep well as long as they last.
