Ingredients
1/3 C. Butter
1 C. sifted brown sugar
2 Tbsp milk or Cream
1/2 C. Raisins
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
20 - 24 pre-made pastry tins (you can find these in the freezer section) about 2" across, they have a pie dough in each tin pre-made.
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients. Spoon into pastry tins to 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake for 8 minutes at 450 degrees F, reduce to 350 until brown.
