Ingredients

2 - 3lbs. ground chuck

5 - 6 large potatoes

1 lb. bag carrots

4 - 5 large sweet onions

1/2 stick butter

1 medium jar coarse horseradish

large heavy duty aluminum foil

Preparation

Start heating grill. Tear 6 large pieces of aluminum foil and lay flat. Place large chunk of butter on foil. Prepare 6 large hamburger patties and place on top of butter. Peel and cut vegetables in good size squares and place on top of butter. Place 1 - 2 heaping teaspoons of horseradish on top of all. Fold and seal foil around ingredients and place on top of coals or grill. Grill approx. 20 - 25 minutes turning occassionaly. Enjoy!
