Ingredients
10 Ears of Corn with husks
Mayonaise (w lime flavor usually purchased in the ethnic/latin section in your supermarket)
Parmesan Cheese
Powder Cayenne Chili (to taste / if desired)
Preparation
Build camp fire. place corn with husks in campfire. Watch the corn, it will be slightly charred but if you feel the corn is getting overly burnt remove from fire, with proper utensils. (it will be very hot) remove husks place in tinfoil, seal tighly and return to fire. the corn only requires about 10 to 15 minutes to cook. Remove the corn from the foil. Spread the mayo on the ear about a TBSP per ear, then shake on parmesan (to taste) and dust with cayenne pepper. Delicious
