Ingredients

1 can Cambell’s cream of potato soup

3/4 c. milk

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 c. thawed frozen mixed vegetables

2 cans (5 oz. each) Swanson chunk chicken breast, drained

1 egg

1 c. all-purpose baking mix

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Mix milk, pepper, vegetables, and chicken in 9 inch pie pan. Mix remaining milk, egg, and baking mix separately. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes.
