Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. Camarones

4 chiles poblano - tostados, pelados (de 6 pulgadas)

2 latas media crema Nestlé

1 lata leche evaporada

½ tsp. semilla de cilantro

½ c. mantequilla

polvo de sazón de pollo, a gusto

Preparation

Sauté shrimp in butter. Add chicken bouillon. In blender, blend prepared chiles, cans of milk, cilantro seeds. Mix shrimp and chile/milk/cilantro mixture together. Throw some shredded cheddar & Monterey cheese on top, if desired.
