Ingredients
1-10 oz. pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1-8 oz. pkg cream cheese or neufchatel, softened
1-12 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 med purple onion, finely diced
8 oz. mozzerella cheese, shredded
milk
Preparation
Stir together all ingredients except milk. Add milk until desired consistency, usually about 2 tablespoons for casserole consistency. Add more milk to make casserole into a creamy dip!
