Ingredients
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1 Tablespoon and 1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 head of lettuce, torn into bite sizes
1/4 bunch of romaine, torn into bite sized pieces
1 Gala apple, chopped. (unpeeled)
2 green onions
1 can of mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
Cook almonds and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted and almonds are coated. Cool and break apart
**DRESSING: 1/2 cup mayo 1/3 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons of vinegar 1/4 cup of milk
