Ingredients

1 pkg pepper bacon

Hot Italian Sausage

1# ground beef

Cook above separately and set aside

Large onion dice

garlic diced

Drain grease and saute onion and garlic

2 large cans each (28 oz) w/ Juice

Kidney beans

Pork and beans

Butter beans

Stir in

1 C ketchup

1/2 C yellow mustard

1/4 C brown sugar

1/4 rooster sauce

Heat to boiling then simmer or bake @ 170 for a couple of hours

I like to bring to a boil on the stove top for food safety reasons and then put in the oven for as long as possible, usually overnight.

Remember to check your oven in the morning, mine turns off automatically at mid-night or after a relatively long time.
