Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 Lg. diced russet potatoes
1 Med. yellow onion chopped
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 Lg.can Rotel tomatoes (mild)
1 16 oz pkg. frozen white & yellow corn
2 lg. cloves garlic (minced)
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt (to taste)
Lawry’s Garlic Salt (to taste)
Preparation
Brown ground meat,garlic and onions seasoned well with Lawry’s seasoned and garlic salts. Drain meat. Add one large can of Rotel tomatoes, frozen corn,tomato sauce and diced potatoes, add water if needed to cover ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for approx. 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve with french bread topped with butter.
