Ingredients

2 cans chopped clams, drained

1 carton whipped cream cheese (can use 1-8 oz. bar of cream cheese, softened)

1/2 c. red onion, diced

1 T. lemon juice

1 t. lemon pepper

1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation

Mix cream cheese with drained clams and chopped onions. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Let sit for twenty minutes for the flavors to blossom. Serve as a dip or spread with sliced french baguette rounds, crackers or spread onto flour tortillas and roll up and slice into pinwheels for extra flair.
