Ingredients
Calamata olives
pimento olives
provolone cheeze; olive oil; thin sliced boiled ham
garlic; red pepper flakes; Dijon mustard; small circles of French bread
Preparation
Cut the bread rounds from day old French bread; rub with crushed garlic; brush liberally with olive oil; spread lightly with Dijon mustard; bake at 325 for 25 minutes; top with olives, ham and cheeze and pepper flakes; and run under the broiler until cheeze is melted.
