Ingredients

1 egg white

1/4 c sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp thyme

3/4 tsp cayenne and garlic powder

2 c nuts

Preparation

oven 3oo line sheet with parchment paper

whisk egg white until frothy add spices and sugar Add nuts

Spread nuts on parchment. Bake for 25min stirring a few times until golden

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks
