Ingredients

4 Cups cooked rice (not minute)

chicken gizzards from whole chicken

cooked diced chicken (1 1/2 cups)from the deli or luncheon area of your store

15 oz can bamboo shoots drained

15 oz can bean sprouts drained

small can dice water chestnuts drained

1/2 lb sausage

15 oz can kernal corn drained

cayene pepper (to how hot you want it)

black pepper

Preparation

Cook sausage and chicken gizzards while the rice is cooking per package directions.

Mix into rice and add all ingredients together.
