Ingredients

4 eight oz. pieces of Mahi Mahi

1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

FRUIT SALSA:

1 cup chopped fruits (cantaloupe, grape, kiwi)

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix the seasoning. Sprinkle the seasoning on the fish.
  2. Heat oil in pan and sear the fish on both sides.
  3. put in preheated oven (350) for 4-5 minutes. Fish should be firm to the touch.
  4. Arrange the fish on the plates and put the salsa on top of the fish.
