Ingredients
½ cup butter, melted
2 TBL Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp chili powder
2 to 3 dashes of hot pepper sauce
1 LB peanuts
1 LB cashews
2 LB pecan halves
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
1-2 tsp Cayenne pepper
Preparation
Preheat over to 275 degrees. Mix Butter, Worcestershire, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and pepper sauce in glass measuring cup.
Combine nuts in large roasting pan and drizzle with butter mixture, stirring to coat. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread out on paper towels to dry. Season with garlic salt and black pepper.
