Ingredients
10 oz. fettuccine, uncooked
4 boneless chicken brests
Cajun Seasoning
Sauce:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream
1 cup fresh parmesan cheese
1 T parsley
1 T granulated garlic
Preparation
Sauce: Combine butter, whipping cream, cheese, parsley and garlic in a saucepan. Heat on low until all ingredients are melted. Stir occasionally
Grill Chicken brests. While cooking, season to tatse. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well; place in large bowl. Chop chicken into bite sized peices and toss with the pasta. Add sauce and further toss until all mixed.
