Ingredients

2 cloves garlic chopped

1 tbsp dijon mustard

dash worchestershire sauce

dash lemon juice

1 egg yolk

fresh ground pepper to taste

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

3 tbsp olive oil

1 large head romaine lettuce

shaved or grated parm cheese

croutons

Preparation

Chop or mince the garlic, add the mustard, worchestershire sauce, lemon juice, egg yolk, pepper and vingar, mix well and beat in olive oil.

Wash and dry lettuce, place in salad bowl, toss with dressing, parm cheese and croutons.
