Ingredients
3 tble. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, smashed & chopped
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. E.V.O.O.
1/2 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 heads romaine lettuce
croutons
Preparation
Place lemon juice, garlic & egg yolk in a bowl. Whisk. Add oil, whisking constantly. Season & whisk in 1/2 the cheese. Toss with lettuce Add remaining cheese & toss again. serve with croutons.
