Ingredients
1/2 t salt
1 t pepper
1-3 garlic, minced
1 t anchovy paste
1 T Dijon
3 T mayo
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 t worcestershire
1/3 C olive oil
1 t red wine vinegar
2 heads romaine lettuce, cut
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Preparation
In a large salad bowl, mash the garlic with the salt and pepper with the back of a spoon. Whisk in remaining ingredients (except lettuce, parmesan, and croutons) one at a time, fully incorporating each ingredient as you go. Toss in lettuce, Parmesan, and croutons.
