Ingredients
Head of Romaine
6 Tbsp oil
2 Cloves garlic
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 cup croutons
1/4 cup Parmesan
4 oz blue cheese (to taste)
1 Egg
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small avocado
Preparation
Wash, dry and tear Romaine into bite size pieces Chop garlic fine. Add oil and Worcestershire sauce. Take 2 tbsp of mixture and toss with croutons.
Place lettuce in large bowl. Drop raw egg into middle. Add lemon juice onto egg. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Serve immediately
