Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
3-5 cloves garlic
2 Tbs lemon juice
pinch of salt
6-8 peppercorns (Or freshly ground- coarse grind)
4-5 anchovy filets
1 head romaine lettuse
2 C croutons
1/3 C grated parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Combine olive oil and garlic in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice, salt, peppercorns and blend until peppercorns are ground. Mash anchovy fillets and blend into dressing.
