Ingredients

2-3 garlic cloves

1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

5-6 fresh anchovies or 1/4 to 1/2 tube of anchovy paste

1 cup olive oil

1 coddled egg, yolk only

Preparation

Blend garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, egg yolk, anchovies, and lemon in a mixer.

Mix ingredients and slowly add in olive oil until it turns to a consistency of mayonnaise, then pour the rest of the oil in and mix. Do not overmix.
