Ingredients
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese
6 ounces nonfat ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. See Chicken Caesar Salad recipe
