Ingredients
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon minced onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp honey Dijon mustard
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in bowl and let set in frig for at least 1 hour so the flavors intensify.
Place the catfish on a sheet of aluminum foil, skin side down. (Allow enough foil to overhang so that you can pull up and seal the foil to create a pouch over the catfish.)
Spread the sauce mixture over the top of each piece of catfish.
Wrap up the foil so it creates a pouch for catfish to steam
Place in a preheated (350) outdoor gas grill and let cook for approximately 35-45 minutes….Might need little bit longer ifen the catfish steaks are thick.
