Ingredients
1 wedge of Cabrales Cheese (as much as you think you would eat)
1/4 cup of shelled almonds
1 tsp. of honey
Preparation
Put the Cabrales on the plate and surround it with the almonds. Once everything is arranged how you want it, drizzle the honey over the whole thing. The honey will take away from the strong bite of the Cabrales and add an extra dimension to the flavor. It is very delicious!
