Ingredients

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef

1/2 medium turnip (diced)

1 potato (diced)

1 head cabbage (chopped)

4 cups beef broth

1 8 oz can tomato sauce

1 clove garlic (chopped or crushed)

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup port wine

Preparation

Brown ground beef, add broth, tomato sauce, turnip, potato, garlic, worcestershire sauce and wine. Boil for 20-25 min. Add cabbage and cook until turnip and potato are soft.
