Ingredients

1 whole head savoy cabbage

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1/2 lb. bacon

2 lbs. ground beef/pork/veal

2 cups cooked rice

salt, pepper seasoning worchestershire sauce

ketchup to taste

2 tins tomato soup

Preparation

Remove core from cabbage. Boil for about 10 minutes. Chop up 3 slices bacon. Fry chopped onion and garlic in bacon. Combine ground meat, rice, inion, garlic, bacon and seasongs. Place some meat mixture on the bottom of a cabbage leaf. Tuck in sides and roll up. Line bottom of pan with some cabbage leaves. Place rolls on top. Mix tomato soup with water and pour over rolls. Place some bacon strips on top. Cover and cook for 2 hours at 350 F.
