Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 # shredded cabbage
2 parsnips chopped
2 clove sliced garlic
1 TBS tomato paste
2 tspcaraway seeds
2 qt chicken stock
3/4 # diced ham
2 carrots shredded
1 tsp vinegar
Preparation
Sa ute cabbage in half the butter until lightly browned, set aside Saute onion in remaining butter till soft , add parsnips, and saute 10 min. Add garlic ,, caraway tomato paste saute 2 min. Add stock and simmer 10 minutes. Add cabbage ham and carrot and simmer 10 more minutes . Stir in vinegar
