Ingredients

1 heavy head green cabbage

1 cup mayonaise or salad dressing

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp.ground white pepper

Preparation

Heat up the grill to a medium temperature. Remove outer leaves of a heavy head of cabbage, discard and wash cabbage head. Pat dry and cut 6 to 8, 3" wedges. Coat wedges with mayonaise or salad dressing and marianate at least ten minutes. When coals or grill is ready, sprinkle wedges with the combined salt, ginger and pepper. Place on grill for two minutes for each side and serve. Crunch!
