Ingredients

8 oz. Egg Noodles cooked

6 T. Butter

1 Lg. Onion chopped

1 Cabbage shredded

1 T. Caraway Seeds

Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

While noodles are cooking, melt butter in large fry pan or wok. Saute onion and cabbage turning occasionally on medium heat. Keep covered. Cook cabbage until tinted slightly brown(about 15 minutes). Add drained noodles to cabbage. Continue to fry–add additional butter if sticking.

I like mine browned slightly. Use your own discretion.
