Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 C Sherry Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Honey
1 C. E.V.O.O.
2 C. Red Cabbage
Preparation
Slice to 1/4" Red Cabbage Shred remaining.
Combine Dijon Sherry Wine Vinegar Honey and wiskh.
Add to Cabbage.
Drizzle E.V.O.O. over cabbage and sauce mixture….“emulsifification”
