Cabbage

Wide egg Noodles

Butter

Salt

Pepper

That’s it!

Preparation

Boil water for noodles. Clean and shred the cabbage. Put cabbage and butter in a large saute pan, saute. Meanwhile put noodles in boiling water for specified time. Drain and keep warm. Finish sauteing the cabbage. I like to let the cabbage get a little brown and sweet. Add warm noodles, mix.

Add salt and pepper to taste. you also can add butter to taste. Serve hot.
