Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup nonfat milk
3 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine dairy ingredients, whisked eggs and finally, melted butter (not hot) and grapeseed oil.
