Ingredients

12oz chicken sausage

1 medium squash (butternut or other)

3 carrots

1 stalk celery

1/2 onion

2.5c chicken broth

2.5c water

salt to taste

Preparation

Cut up and saute sausage. Cube squash; chop carrots, celery and onion. Add to pan, saute. Add broth and water, simmer about 15 mins; puree. Salt to taste.
