Ingredients

1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced

2 cups leeks, sliced

2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced

2 14 oz cans Chicken broth

1 c water

salt and pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation

Add all ingredients to slow cooker Cover and cook 6 hours (low) or 3.5 hours (high). Puree soup in food processor Return to crockpot Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes till hot
