Ingredients

16-ounce package frozen butternut squash, or cooked fresh

scant 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup flour

3 eggs

1-1/2 cup milk

nutmeg

cinnamon

1/2 stick butter or margarine

Preparation

Defrost or cook fresh squash. Place all ingredients except butter in a bowl and mix at low speed. Add a little salt and pepper. Put butter on bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish and melt. Add squash mixture and bake at 350’ about 1 hour, or until firm.
