Ingredients
1 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 T. melted butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Make on griddle or frying pan that has a little bit of melted butter on it.
This recipe is usually tripled for breakfast at our house.
