Ingredients
6 Zested and juiced Lemons
3C"ish" good quailty buttermilk
3-4 sprigs fresh Rose mary leaves bruised
1T fresh ground blk pepper
1 Whole chicken, cut up
Preparation
Combine all and let marinate, covered for at least 6 hours prior to grilling directly over those deliciously hot coals. I served this dish with oven roasted asparagus and dutchess potatoes.
