Ingredients

1 whole chicken,cut in portions

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/2 cup butter

1 egg

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups buttermilk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In shallow baking pan, melt butter in oven. Mix dry ingredients together, and coat chicken pieces in mixture. Add chicken to baking pan and put in oven. Bake, uncovered 20-25 minutes, turn chicken pieces over, add soup, egg and buttermilk. Put back in oven an additional 20-25 minutes. Remove and serve with whatever you feel! I like mashed potatoes, myself, but jasmine rice is alos doable!
