Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup frozen butter

3/4 cup buttermilk

Preparation

In a bowl combine all dry ingredients. Next, cut in butter or use a cheese grater for best results. Make sure all the ingredients are well mixed before you slowly add the buttermilk until its just moistened.

Turn onto a lightly floured surface a knead until the dough is even. You can roll to 1 inch thickness and cut with a cutter or spoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
