Ingredients
12 Shrimp (5-10 count)
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Rock salt
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
Preparation
Place Rock salt into shallow dish add Shrimp (with shells on) add water to cover. Let stand 2 hours.
Remove Shrimp from water and peel shell.
With a sharp knife butterfly shrimp by cutting down the underside. Do not cut all the way through.
Mix together all other ingredients. Add shrimp and coat evenly. Let sit covered while preparing main meal.
Grill Shrimp for 5 minutes over high heat, serve immediately, by placing shrimp on bib of lettuce, add cherry tomatoes to plate. Enjoy
